Customer Service Went Above & Beyond

We are happy with the stage we received, but what I really want to emphasize is the above and beyond customer service we had, especially with our StageDrop sales rep's help. I had ordered a stage too high and needed to change it although the original order had shipped. There was also an issue with delivery to our downtown building that didn't allow pallets. First, our sales rep shipped the lower feet ASAP to make it in time for my event, then later helped me easily ship back the feet I didn't need. He solved this with no impact on my event. For the delivery, he shared with me various ways to work with the shipping company to avoid the pallet. He spent several phone calls with me to go over my needs and find a solution. I was very touched and grateful for the special attention I got to handle my order. Thank you, Garnett!

Shipped either one or two to a box, 4'x4'x2". Each box is lightweight so easy to pickup and handle. Each riser comes in its own separate box. Very heavy duty and clean construction. Carpet appears to hold up well to wear. Mud spots were easily cleaned. Attaching risers to unit literally takes seconds. Once familiar, it takes only a minute to attach one platform to another. I have a 12 platform stage and it took a couple hours for the maiden setup. It now takes less than an hour and that includes attaching the skirt.

Good, sturdy platform. Gives just enough space for a camera and operator to stand on. Also works well for just rising someone behind a podium so they are slightly above people. Only issue and seems to have been a fabrication issue was the brass guides for the legs had damage and seem to be prone to damage if not folding carefully.

The product is working out great: very portable and easy to set up/take down. The customer service was great. The guys that loaded it into our vehicle went above and beyond to help us and to make sure it was secure for our 90 mile drive down the freeway.

We had a last minute vehicle change and in the rush to get to the pickup site on time did not measure the interior of the SUV. As a result, the stage had to go on the roof. The guys were great about our mix up (yes, we felt stupid but they did not make us feel that way).

These are the kind of people anyone would be proud to have as a customer-facing team.

So far so good. I purchased 18 platforms with 16 inch risers along with some other size risers so I can do some different things. So far I’ve only used it one time but have it booked up quite a bit for next year. I think if you’re willing to spend the money and make the investment, then it definitely will make a live band's production go up immensely. This definitely takes our production to the next level and clients will love the fact that we have our own stage. I’m sure the stage will pay itself off within the year. I would highly recommend the industrial platforms!

We bought mix of this square platform+riser as well as triangulars to create a triangular right-angle stage with 17' hypotenuse. Worked out really well! The platform pieces interlock to make a very solid stage. We also bought the stage cart and can set up in about 20 mins each week and tear down so the space can be used as carpeted gymnasium space when the stage is down.

IntelliStage is a great product if you're looking for a solid stage that can be put up and torn down as needed. For us, that's once a week.

This is a great staging product. Very sturdy, a 2 piece set up and easy enough for 1 person to assemble, and overall a completely simplified system. It's brilliant! And lowest price around for Intellistage products; even with shipping included.

Again, This Staging is VERY sturdy. No shaking or movement at all, and definitely no dips or bending over time with the pieces.

I personally dealt with Garnett and the service was great. I highly recommend choosing this company and product. We operate a mobile AV Company and the transport and setup couldn't be easier.

This product is very good. The surface was easy to clean after our event by quickly mopping. The size of each piece of the stage makes it easy to carry and also to layout. The guys hired to put the stage together were able to do so in good time. The stage had no problems at all with weight and the amount of persons who had to come and go on it for hours caused no problems at all.

The first event which we used this stage for went from 9am - 9:00pm, i.e people were going to and fro on the stage for that time period and equipment and tables with lots of food were on the stage as well as a hot box with food inside and a heavy-duty large soft serve ice cream dispenser. This stage served us very well and remained firmly and safely in place throughout the event as we watched very carefully to see how this stage would endure usage and also to make sure that the safety of those using it was never compromised. This stage stood firmly in place for many hours (12) never being compromised at all despite the steady foot traffic.

We are very pleased with the purchase of this stage.
