We are happy with the stage we received, but what I really want to emphasize is the above and beyond customer service we had, especially with our StageDrop sales rep's help. I had ordered a stage too high and needed to change it although the original order had shipped. There was also an issue with delivery to our downtown building that didn't allow pallets. First, our sales rep shipped the lower feet ASAP to make it in time for my event, then later helped me easily ship back the feet I didn't need. He solved this with no impact on my event. For the delivery, he shared with me various ways to work with the shipping company to avoid the pallet. He spent several phone calls with me to go over my needs and find a solution. I was very touched and grateful for the special attention I got to handle my order. Thank you!
