A+ product with A++++ customer service. I called StageDrop a day before an important event in a PANIC over a terrible stage skirt that needed replacing at the venue we were using. The sales person I spoke with sensed the urgency and immediately put her supervisor Garnett on the phone (manager/owner - unsure!) and he quickly ensured I was buying the correct product I needed, explained HOW it should be attached to the stage, provided WHAT I needed to attach it, and overnighted everything to me...I had the skirt and velcro by the next morning! I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism and quality stage products. I will 100% use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.
