I purchased this stage as a Home Theater riser. What an excellent choice:
1: With the adjustable legs, I’m able to change the height of the stage depending on the height of the seating (now and in the future. I was going to build one myself, but the flexibility of this stage made it a far better (and quicker) choice.
2: The set up was incredibly easy. Positioned it, locked the legs - done!
3: Quality is top notch. Metal and MDF and the legs are steel as well. The leg locks and height locks don’t allow the position to budge.
4: The value add: the skirt - my goodness the color matches my curtains, and it's high-quality knit. It simply looks elegant. I was going to pass on it, but take my advice, you’ll be glad you went with the skirt.
5: Customer service- my client experience manager (Garnett) was incredible. Consistently kept me up to date on the progress of my shipment, worked to ensure my skirt was perfect, and gave solid advice on purchase questions / decisions. When I purchase again, I hope to work with him.
One suggestion: The stage has steps, but its design was made with handrails in mind, and removing the rails would result in a more “industrial" look. I suggest StageDrop look into creating a stage / step design made for home theaters allowing matching and secure steps that have no handrails. They should be able to slide underneath the stage if desired.
All in all, a purchase I’m very satisfied with, from a company that’s done it right - from ease of ordering to quick ship and delivery. I will purchase from again! (I added the carpet to the stage top and my own steps in my attached pic. Those are the type of steps I’d suggest to StageDrop.)
